1.These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at exit83.ai (the “Site”), which is operated by EXIT83 Consulting LLC, a Washington limited liability company headquartered in Seattle, Washington (“EXIT83”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2.Services Are Governed by Their Own License Agreements

EXIT83 offers Services (products, subscriptions, skill packs, consulting engagements, and other offerings) through the Site. Each Service is governed by its own service-specific license agreement, which sets the commercial terms, the rights granted, the warranties, the indemnities, the liability terms, the governing law, and the other terms that apply to that Service.

These Terms do not create any commercial relationship for a Service. Before you inquire about, subscribe to, or purchase a Service, follow the link below to that Service’s license agreement and read it carefully. When you complete checkout or otherwise accept a Service’s license agreement, that license is the binding contract for that Service.

Developer Workflow Skills	A subscription library of Claude-compatible skills that automate developer workflows — planning, code review, documentation, release management, and related engineering tasks — delivered through a private GitHub repository you are invited to upon purchase. Additional Services will be added to this table over time. If you purchase a Service whose license agreement is not yet listed here, the license agreement presented at the point of purchase is the governing document for that Service.

3.Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent, except for well-behaved indexing by public search engines.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site, or generate excessive load or denial-of-service conditions.
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity when contacting us through the Site.

4.Site Content

The content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by EXIT83 or its licensors and is provided for your informational use. Nothing on the Site grants you any license to any Service; Services are licensed only under their own license agreements.

5.Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Those third parties are independent of EXIT83, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. EXIT83 is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

6.Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information collected through the Site.

7.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
