EXIT83 · Live remote training

Stop rolling dice
on every AI prompt.

The difference between a junior and senior engineer on AI isn't the model, it's the workflow. We teach your whole team the playbook, live, in 2 hours.

Your team leaves with a workflow they'll actually use.

This isn't a talk about AI. It's a working session that ends with every engineer running the same playbook on real code.

/ 01

Predictable AI output

Specs before code. Your team writes down what they want, and then the model builds it. No more "the AI gave me something weird" slack threads.

/ 02

One shared workflow

Every engineer uses the same prompts, context, and review steps. Onboarding drops from weeks to hours; code reviews stop getting blocked on "why did the AI do that."

/ 03

Ship faster without the mess

The workflow compounds. Specs become docs. Docs ground the next feature. Your codebase gets more legible over time, not less.

/ what you'll learn

A full, working AI development loop.

No slides-only theory. Every topic includes a live run against a real repo so your team sees the workflow in action.

01
Spec-driven development. How to write a spec the model actually follows, with concrete templates your team can reuse.
02
Grounding the model in your codebase. Which docs to write, where to put them, and how to wire them into Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
03
Context engineering. The practical art of picking the right files, diffs, and examples to include, without blowing your context window.
04
Test-first with AI. Scaffolding tests before the implementation so the model has a contract to satisfy.
05
Review patterns. How to review AI-generated PRs faster and catch the failure modes unique to model output.
06
Team standardization. Lightweight conventions that turn individual tricks into a repeatable team workflow.
/ who it's for

Built for engineering teams of 5 to 50.

The sweet spot: enough engineers that workflow inconsistency costs you real time, small enough that everyone can be in the same meeting.

  • Your team is already using Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex, but results are inconsistent across engineers.
  • You're shipping real production code, not prototypes, and need AI output that reviews cleanly.
  • Your tech lead or EM wants one coherent workflow, not ten engineers each with their own prompt library.
  • You'd rather spend $2,400 once than let every engineer figure it out on their own time.
  • You can get everyone on a 2-hour video call in the next few weeks.

One price. Everyone gets to come.

No seat math. No tier gating. Everyone on your eng team can join: interns, contractors, and the PM who keeps asking about AI too.

Questions, answered.

As many as you want. The $2,400 is a flat price covering your whole company: one engagement, unlimited attendees. Bring your engineering team, your PMs, your designers who are curious. We've run sessions for groups of 8 and groups of 80.
One live remote session of 90 to 120 minutes, delivered by two senior trainers, the full recording afterward, our spec and prompt templates, a short pre-session questionnaire so we can tailor the examples to your stack, and a live Q&A segment where we work against one of your actual tickets.
Nothing special. Your team should have at least one AI coding tool installed: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Copilot all work. If some engineers don't have a tool yet, that's fine; we cover setup in the pre-session notes. A video call platform of your choice (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) is all we need for the live portion.
To an extent, yes. The core curriculum stays (it's the workflow we're teaching), but we tailor the live examples to your stack and codebase based on the pre-session questionnaire. If you need a fully custom program (longer, on-site, or for a very large org) email us and we'll scope something.
No problem. Reschedule as many times as you need with at least 48 hours notice. Same-day cancellations forfeit the session fee, but in practice we've never had that happen.
